Pros: Massaging chairs w/your scalp shampoo+conditioner massage Cons: obviously pricey (it's Newbury St. people)

Lynn does the best highlights I've ever had - really capturing a difficult hue for a demanding client. She's so talented, meticulous and incredibly real in an industry full of fakes.
